Our business model is old-fashioned: we only make money when you decide to pay us for a great product. This means that trust is our biggest asset and keeping your data private is fundamental.

What information does Quail Breeder collect?

The Quail Breeder application allows you to enter and save information in the Quail Breeder, which we call "Confidential content".

    • Incubators

      • quantity of incubators

      • name

      • number of trays

      • capacity of eggs in the tray

    • Brooders

      • quantity of brooders

      • capacity of each brooder

    • Locations and cages

      • quantity of locations

      • number of cages in locations

      • number of birds in each cage

  • Hatching batch information

    • number of eggs laid

    • number of hatched chicks

    • information on the movement of chicks to the brooder and housing for keeping

  • Information contained in the Customer Directory

    • name

    • telephone number

    • as well as any other information in this directory

  • All information contained in the orders for the sale and write-off of birds, namely the number and cost of sales

We also collect and receive the following types of information:

  • Basic subscriber information. To open your account and process payments, we collect and receive identifiers like your email address.

  • Usage data. We collect and log Internet or other electronic network information on how you and others access and use Quail Breeder.

How does Quail Breeder use my information?

Quail Breeder is committed to protecting the privacy of your data. Entering "Confidential content" into Quail Breeder does not change ownership of that content or copyright status. If the data originally belonged to you, it remains yours after you put it into Quail Breeder.

  • Maintaining our Services. To provide troubleshooting and customer support, our Customer Support team may need to access your information, such as your account email address and information about the Quail Breeder application you are using, subject to the protections described below.

  • Communicating with you. In accordance with your communication preferences, we’ll occasionally contact you to announce new features we build for you, share tips for using Quail Breeder application to get more done, make special offers, and provide information about how Quail Breeder application works with products and services from our business partners.

Would someone at Quail Breeder ever view my "Confidential content" ?

  • If you contact our Customer Support team for help with specific pieces of Content in your account (for example, if you can’t find a free place in incubator you believe should be in your account), we may ask for your temporary permission to look at your Content. This permission terminates when the issue is resolved.

How does Quail Breeder share or disclose my information?

Quail Breeder is not in the business of selling or renting your information.

The Quail Breeder undertakes:

  • Protect and not disclose "Confidential content" that is the subject of this Privacy Policy

  • Not to discuss, not to provide copies, not to publish and not to Disclose in any form to third parties Confidential Information, without obtaining prior written consent to such Disclosure from the Owner

  • Use the received "Confidential content" exclusively within the business elations with the Owner provided by this Privacy Policy

How can I manage my information stored in Quail Breeder?

In most cases, you can manage your information simply by logging into your account and editing your information directly within the Quail Breeder application.

If you prefer, you can contact us at quailbreeding@gmail.com to ask us to provide access to, correct, update, or delete your personal information. 

What happens if I want to stop using Quail Breeder?

As described above, you can delete your "Confidential content at any time, and you can stop using the Quail Breeder application at any time.

You will be able to export your information at any time (this feature will be available in the future).

Other information

  • Location information. We did not collect the IP address you use to connect to the Quail Breeder.

  • Device information. We did not collect information about the number and type of devices you use to connect to Quail Breeder, as well as information about operating systems on these devices (eg iOS, Android, Windows). For example, when installing, modifying, or using Quail Breeder, we did not collect personal information such as your device's unique hardware IDs (IMEI, SIM card number, or other ID). When you install, modify, or use Quail Breeder, you may see permission requests or warnings about device capabilities that the program could potentially use.
